Clinica Sierra Vista offers competitive wages and an excellent benefit package. Some of our Benefits include:

  • Medical Insurance - Comprehensive PPO (preferred provider organization) plan, which provides benefits for inpatient and outpatient services, prescription benefits, etc. utilizing the Blue Cross Prudent Buyer Network.

  • Dental Insurance - Comprehensive dental insurance plan utilizing the Blue Cross Prudent Buyer Network, which provides benefits for preventative care, basic care and major care. Covers 50% - 80% of covered charges to $1,500 annual maximum.

  • Vision Insurance - Comprehensive vision insurance plan utilizing the VSP network. Eligible for exam, frames and lenses every 12 months.

  • Long-Term Disability - Coverage at 60% of monthly salary subject to a maximum benefit amount of $10,000 per month.

  • Life Insurance - Coverage at 150% of annual salary rounded to the next $1,000 to a maximum of $200,000.

  • 15 PTO (Personal Time Off) Days per year

  • 8 Sick (Extended Illness Benefit) Days per year

  • 10 Paid Holidays per year - CSV typically observes the following holidays - New Year’s Eve (1/2 day), New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (1/2 day), Christmas Day, Three Floating Holidays to use as you wish, subject to approval.


  • Retirement Plan - Employees can make personal contributions immediately upon hire. Employees can contribute up to the IRS maximum allowed. 1 to 5 years of service - CSV contributes 2% of gross salary, 5 to 10 years of service - CSV contributes 3% of gross salary, 10 or more years - CSV contributes 4% of gross salary. If employee contributes at least 2%, CSV will contribute another 2% after 1 year of service. Employees are fully vested in 5 years.

  • Continuing Education Benefit - Time off and reimbursement for employees who require licensure or certification.


  • Tuition Reimbursement Program - Up to $1,500 per year for college tuition/books reimbursement, a maximum of $750 per semester or $500 per quarter allowed.

  • Employee Assistance Program - Around the clock assistance for confidential counseling for personal or work related issues, financial counseling, childcare, relationships, etc.
